Personal Data Protection Principles

These principles describe how we handle personal data you send us via revize-komin.cz. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. On the processing of personal data.

Who is the property manager

Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, VAT ID CZ24205095, with registered office at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague.

What data we process and why

• Name, telephone, email, postcode, type of inspection and your note - to forward your enquiry to our inspection technicians, who will send you a quote, and so that we can contact you. Legal basis: your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and negotiations on a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Source of visit (where you came from) and technical details about form submission - protection of forms against spam and evaluation of which advertisements are effective. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies and website behaviour data - measurement of website traffic and advertising performance. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide in the cookie banner.

The form does not require any sensitive data (special categories under Article 9 of the GDPR). Please do not send them to us, even voluntarily.

Who we pass the data to

With your consent, we will forward the enquiry. to inspection technicianswho carry out the inspection on site so they can prepare a quote for you. We provide only what they need: contact details, location and description of the inspection.

We also use processors who operate equipment on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. - website and form operation
• Amazon Web Services (SES) and Resend, Inc. - email delivery
• Google Ireland Ltd. - measurement of website traffic and advertising (only with cookie consent)
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. - email inbox and website usage analysis (Clarity, subject to cookie consent)

Some processors may process data outside the EU. In such cases, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

Personal data we do not sell and we do not pass them on to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we retain data

• Inquiry that did not result in an order: 12 months from the last contact, then we delete it.
• The inquiry that led to the order: for the duration of cooperation and further for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (up to 10 years).
• Cookies: depending on type, up to 24 months.

What are your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it,
• have them repaired if they are not correct,
• have them erased if there is no longer a reason for their processing,
• to restrict their processing or object to it,
• to obtain them in machine-readable format and transfer them elsewhere,
• withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal has no retroactive effect.
